Dr. Philippine de T'Serclaes is the Chief Sustainability Officer of Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE® Company providing businesses and people with collaborative virtual environments to imagine sustainable innovations.
As CSO, she leads the company's overall sustainability strategy & engagement, including portfolio development and sustainable customer business engagement, towards carbon neutrality by 2040.
She has over 20 years of international experience, having worked in strategic, executive and senior operational roles related to business transformation, financing the energy transition, clean technology deployment, energy efficiency, the new energy world and innovation.
Additionally, she is a recognized thought leader, published author, and public speaker on topics related to, for example, circularity, sustainable business transformation, net-zero strategies, and diversity.
