Dr Kris Naudts is the Founding & Managing Partner of Firgun Ventures, a $250M venture capital firm and the first to focus on Series A/B quantum scale-ups. Based in London, Firgun invests globally across quantum technologies, supporting exceptional entrepreneurs to scale their companies through the early growth stages and deliver real economic impact. A deep-tech angel investor, Naudts has a proven track record in the sector, including as an early investor in Cambridge Quantum Computing (now Quantinuum), the world’s highest-valued private quantum company today. He also hosts the Time To Talk Quantum podcast. Prior to Firgun, Naudts was an award-winning academic psychiatrist and medical doctor at King’s College London, with a PhD in neuroscience. He later pursued his passion for entrepreneurship by founding Culture Trip, for which he raised $100M+ and which he scaled into one of the world’s leading travel and media brands, winning ca. 50 awards and growing the platform to 20 million monthly visitors.
