Dr Jan Cosgrave is the CEO and co-founder of Neurotype, a clinical AI platform supporting autism and ADHD assessment services across the UK and US. A clinical psychologist by training, she holds a PhD from the University of Oxford and is a Fulbright Scholar (University of Pennsylvania). Her work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, clinical practice, and applied AI, with a particular interest in how technology reshapes care for neurodivergent people. Neurotype is backed by Techstars and Frontline Ventures and partners with NHS trusts and leading US academic medical centres.
