Based in London, Dilnisin has deep expertise in Customer Experience Transformations cross industry. Previously she led globally both GenAI for Customer Service and Advanced Customer Engagement. She has 29 years of experience. Dilnisin was invited to join the exclusive fellowship program of the International Women’s Forum in 2018, and Cranfield University in the UK included her in their 2020 edition of 100 Women to Watch.
