Diane leads the Digital and Technology team that is transforming GSK's global supply chain network across 37 global sites and at every stage of manufacturing to deliver its innovative medicines and vaccines to 2.5 billion people by 2030. A leader with a laser focus on business and value, she believes great talent can come from anywhere and tech can be a force for good.

Prior to joining GSK in 2020, Diane spent twenty years in GE's Aviation and Healthcare businesses at the intersection of technology, supply chain and engineering. Starting as an industrial engineer, Diane brought a 6-sigma blackbelt certification and a keen interest in tech and improvement to progressive leadership roles in IT, engineering technology and operations. She was the inaugural digital transformation lead for 80 manufacturing plants and led a software business team for airline customers to optimize operations.
