Denis Gursky is co-founder and partner at venture capital fund 1991 Ventures LLP , former Digital Advisor to Prime Minister of Ukraine and co-founder of the international tech organization SocialBoost Global.

Denis is an impact tech advocate who believes in youth, tech and emerging markets. Having worked in international NGOs, business and government, Denis absorbed and implemented the best ideas to serve the digital development purpose. His specialization is vision- driven projects that involve multi-lateral partnerships, are very public and have high impact on society, economy or both.

In 2023 Gursky founded 1991 Ventures – London-based venture capital fund backed by British capital partners and focused on CEE and Ukrainian startup founders.
