Dee is a multi-lingual talent expert, with 30 years' experience in human capital, working in publicly listed and privately held companies. Dee's first career was in executive search, in Financial Services, working for boards of global banks, asset managers and private equity firms. She subsequently founded two advisory businesses working with senior leaders in major corporations and established founder entrepreneurs. She is now a partner at The Amitis Group, a boutique wealth management and investment advisory firm.

Dee has operated in the UK and European entrepreneurial ecosystem for many years and along with Oliver Pawle, is the co-founder of Centre For Entrepreneurs, the UK's leading entrepreneurship foundation, which works to make the UK more entrepreneurial by developing the leaders of the future.

Dee is Irish. She moved to Milan aged 19 and later to Paris before making London her home. She is a linguist and qualified translator by training.
