Davinder is an Organisation and Workforce Transformation leader with 18+ years of experience driving data-driven, insight-led change. She specialises in reimagining work and workforce structures, redesigning roles, teams, and skills to boost performance and employee experience. Her expertise in Gen AI enables organisations to embed AI into work design and workforce planning, creating future-ready operating models.

Davinder’s recent experience includes acting as the Deloitte UK AI Enablement lead, a central role in its AI CoE where she is instrumental in driving transformation efforts across AI programmes. 

Davinder has also been working across financial services organisations to accelerate their AI programmes and is passionate about empowering organisations, including Deloitte UK, to achieve successful AI transformations.
