David Schwimmer is CEO of LSEG and a member of the Board of LSEG plc. Under his leadership, LSEG has transformed. From a European regional exchange group, LSEG is now a diversified, global leader in financial markets infrastructure and data services. LSEG is making significant strategic moves, notably the acquisition of Refinitiv and our partnership with Microsoft.

David joined the Group in August 2018, having spent 20 years at Goldman Sachs in a number of senior roles, most recently as Global Head of Market Structure and Global Head of Metals & Mining.

David holds a B.A. from Yale University, and postgraduate degrees in law (JD) and international affairs (MALD) from Harvard University and The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, respectively.
