David is Head of Fintech & Cyber for Grow London, part of London & Partners. David supports high growth tech businesses to scale in London, having previously been supporting UK-based tech companies to scale internationally as part of the Mayor's International Business Programme.

Prior to L&P David headed up Partnerships at BIMA, the trade association and membership body for UK digital & tech, supporting high growth digital agencies and tech companies to grow.
