Dave Bell is Director of Cloud at Aztec Group, a global, premium provider of private markets services. He leads the development and delivery of Aztec’s cloud vision and strategy, overseeing a specialist team of cloud engineers, analysts and administrators, and driving the evolution of the firm’s digital workplace.

Dave plays a central role in Aztec’s technology transformation, ensuring secure, scalable and modern technology solutions are delivered consistently to colleagues across all regions and devices. His work focuses on using cloud and workplace technologies to streamline internal processes, enhance resilience and free up client-facing teams to spend more time on high value, advisory work for clients.

Prior to his current role, Dave held a number of senior technology positions spanning cloud architecture, digital workplace leadership and IT service management. These include Head of Digital Workplace at Aztec Group, Microsoft 365 Architect at Cognizant Microsoft Business Group and New Signature, and Technical Consultant at Getronics, where he advised organisations on large scale migrations to Microsoft cloud platforms to improve operational performance.

Earlier in his career, Dave held senior roles delivering complex IT transformation and change programmes at organisations including O2 (Telefónica UK), Working Links, Daisy Group, 2e2 and Modis International. While at O2, he was part of the team that implemented a major incident management platform that reduced response times for critical incidents from around one hour to just 13 minutes.

Dave is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Cisco Meraki certified and ITIL certified.
