Will Lundy

Before launching Ithaca with Fabio, Will spent time advising entrepreneurs on capital raises and M&A. From here, he noticed the extent to which these businesses depend on flexibility and, in particular, how this is limited by the inflexible employment model. The team launched Ithaca to unlock the full potential of the flexible workforce for dynamic businesses. Will is half English and half Irish, hailing from sunny south-east London where he lives with his two kids and dog.
