Constanza "Connie" Castro Feij'o is a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and innovation, bringing over 20 years of experience in social and economic development with a focus on underserved markets. As the leader of Endeavor's Global Hub in London, Connie is dedicated to supporting top founders from these markets, helping them unlock new market expansion and capital opportunities. Endeavor is the Global Network of Trust of, by, and for entrepreneurs ' a mission-driven organization that advances global entrepreneurship by selecting, mentoring, and investing in top founders worldwide.

Before re-joining Endeavor, Connie served as Director of Stakeholder Engagement at the Open Banking Implementation Entity (OBIE), where she played a key role in shaping the open banking ecosystem. Connie began her career at Endeavor Argentina, where she was instrumental in developing the country's entrepreneurial ecosystem and fostering a nationwide entrepreneurial culture. Her work at Endeavor led her to MercadoLibre (Nasdaq: MELI), where she spent eight years in various roles, ultimately founding and leading the company's Sustainability Department.

Connie's academic journey includes being awarded the prestigious Chevening Scholarship in 2016 to pursue an MSc in Management of Innovation at Goldsmiths, University of London. After graduation, she joined WeWork as Director of Community Development, where she led the EMEA Member Engagement Strategy and launched initiatives such as the 'Blockchain Hub.'

Outside of her professional work, Connie is deeply committed to social impact and serves as an Advisory Board Member at HMP Downview, a women's prison, where she works to prevent re-offending by supporting prison leavers in securing sustainable employment.
Connie is a mother of three kids, and when she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is passionate about helping founders, fostering collaboration across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, and driving meaningful social and economic impact.
