Connie brings 20+ years of experience in economic development with a focus on emerging markets to her role as 'Head of London' at Endeavor, a mission-driven organization focused on supporting high-growth companies in emerging and underserved markets. Prior to re-joining Endeavor she was Director of Stakeholder Engagement at the Open Banking Implementation Entity (OBIE), contributing to the creation of the open banking ecosystem. Constanza commenced her career at Endeavor Argentina, where they developed an entrepreneurial ecosystem and fostered a nationwide entrepreneurial culture as Head of Communications. This role led her to MercadoLibre (Nasdaq: MELI), where she spent 8 years working in diverse areas and finally establishing the Sustainability Department. In 2016, Connie was awarded the Chevening Scholarship to study an MSC in Management of Innovation at Goldsmiths, University of London. Post-graduation, she joined WeWork as Director of Community Development, developing the EMEA Member Engagement Strategy and launching initiatives like the 'Blockchain Hub.' In addition, she serves as an Advisory Board Member at HMP Downview, a women's prison, focusing on preventing re-offending by supporting prison leavers into sustainable employment. She is passionate about helping founders and connecting private, public, and non-profit sectors to drive social and economic impact.
