Christopher Parker is the founder of Ask:Enact, a prevention-focused decision-support platform helping frontline professionals identify risk earlier and take clearer, more consistent action. He has worked across housing, homelessness, public sector redesign and cross-sector partnership for over 20 years, moving from frontline support into commissioning, service improvement and digital innovation. Through Ask:Enact, Chris is working with partners in Scotland to test how AI can support professional judgement, improve access to trusted guidance, and help services act before people reach crisis. His work focuses on practical technology with social impact, turning digital innovation into practical support that helps services act earlier, make better decisions and improve outcomes for people and communities.
