Chantelle Young is Head of Early Stage Programmes at Tech Nation, where she leads the strategic vision for supporting UK tech founders from pre-seed to Series A. She oversees flagship initiatives including Libra, Creo, and Rising Stars, with a strong focus on regional impact and equitable access for underrepresented, disabled, and neurodiverse founders.

With over a decade of experience across education, entrepreneurship, and community building, Chantelle is known for delivering high-impact moments that drive visibility and access: including curating the Libra Retreat, leading the Creo Investor Showcase, and producing the Rising Stars Grand Final in partnership with London Tech Week, awarding over £3 million in investment to date. She is passionate about building inclusive ecosystems that empower the next generation of diverse leaders in tech.
