Chad is the Co-founder and CEO of CuspAI, having raised over $30M from top-tier funds including Hoxton Ventures and Lightspeed. Under his leadership, CuspAI has assembled what is recognised as the most cited founding group on the planet.

An accomplished deep-tech company builder, Chad's expertise spans quantum computing, AI, and chemistry. Prior to CuspAI, he was the commercial founder of Cambridge Quantum Computing and later served as VP of Strategic Partnerships and Global Head of Strategy at Quantinuum following CQC's merger with Honeywell. During his tenure, Quantinuum grew to 550 employees and is now pre-IPO.

Chad previously worked with Google's Quantum AI team and as an AI/ML Product Manager at BASF. He began his career as a BP Scholar and research scientist. A Salters' Prize-winning chemist and published scientist, Chad holds a Master's in Chemistry, a PhD in Nuclear Fission and Quantum Chemistry, and an MBA.
