Cecile has over 15 years' experience in the tech industry, including driving innovation and change at Dell EMC and Amazon Web Services. At AWS, Cecile was Head of EMEA Strategic Programmes and Global Head of Young Learners, where she drove strategy and delivered global go-to-market programs, including an education program for secondary schools.
 
Cecile uses her wealth of experience to support world leading organisations to achieve their business objectives through building fully inclusive and high performing technology teams that drive diversity and close skills gaps.
