Caroline Cake is the co-founder and CEO of Neu Health, a University of Oxford spinout built on a decade of research into Parkinson’s and dementia. She was previously Entrepreneur in Residence at Oxford Science Enterprises and CEO of Health Data Research UK, the UK’s national institute for health data science. Caroline has advised health systems, universities, and government as a director at The PSC, following earlier roles as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and a Chartered Engineer at ICI. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and MA/MEng degrees from the University of Cambridge.
