She’s previously shaped high-performance, people-first cultures at Google, Atlassian, and Improbable, with a focus on trust, autonomy, and flexibility. At Primer, she’s exploring how AI can amplify people rather than replace them - scaling startup agility without sacrificing empathy. Caitriona lives in London and is the mother of two boys.
