Todd Zipper

For more than two decades, I have been driven by a purpose to become the best version of myself and help to empower others to do the same. It’s this personal drive and penchant for lifelong learning that led to a career in education while growing an organizational culture based on highly motivated individuals. 

As Executive Vice President and General Manager at Wiley, I’m responsible for the innovative businesses in our Talent division. Each one focuses on outcome-led education, from sourcing and training employees to assessing and supporting them. My role is to help bring these solutions to corporate customers, unlocking the potential within individuals and the client organization as a whole. 

Prior to joining Wiley, I served as President and CEO of The Learning House, Inc., which Wiley acquired in 2018. Previously I served as Managing Director of Marketing and Media Services at Weld North, where I pursued investments in the marketing, media, and education sectors. Before joining Weld North, I co-founded and served as COO of Education Connection, and previously worked for Kaplan, Inc. 

I have earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, and a chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation. Outside of work I love spending time with family and participating in many various sports including triathlons, golf, tennis, skiing, and my latest obsession, pickleball.
