Viktoriya Tigipko

Viktoriya Tigipko is the Founding and Managing Partner of a global early-stage VC fund TA Ventures. Viktoriya is the Founder and the President of ICLUB Global, the global network of angel investors. She is also the founder of WTECH, an international network of women tech founders and entrepreneurs. She is the Chairman of the Board of Ukrainian Startup Fund and a Member of the Committee for Innovative development of the Ukraine economy. Viktoriya is the Founder and the President of the Odesa International Film Festival; and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Film Academy. In 2022 Viktoriya co-founded OneUkraine, a charitable platform to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine and to set the foundation for Ukraine’s recovery.
