Russ has 30 year’s experience in designing and developing innovative interactive gaming experiences across a variety of genre and audiences. He specialises in the use of emerging technologies such as XR and Web3. Russ has created some of the most ground-breaking experiences in AR/VR by growing development teams to take games from initial concept through to final release; with brands such as LEGO, PlayStation, Harry Potter, Sony Music, Doctor Who & Peaky Blinders.

As Game Director at Play Stations London Studios, Russ creatively led on EyeToy, the BAFTA nominated EyePet™ & award winning Wonderbook™ franchises. The foremost giving him the unique opportunity to work in close creative collaboration with J.K. Rowling.
