Auriol is currently Global Vice President, Digital Workplace Practice, at Kyndryl Holdings Inc (KD) – a spin out from IBM. 

With over 20 years of experience, prior to joining Kyndryl, Auriol held several roles at Unilever, the last being Global IT Director, Employee Experience and Digital Workplace. She has also been CEO of Inogesis, a collaboration platform connecting emerging technologies with blue-chip organisations and a Director of Tech Merchant Bank, Restoration Partners.

Outside of her Executive career, Auriol is the Senior Non-Executive on the Board of the Royal Navy, a Non-Executive Board Member for England’s Rugby Football Union, and Chair of the Board of Trustees for TechSheCan - a Charity whose mission is to inspire the next generation as to the possibilities of combining their passions with a role in technology. She is also an active basketball player, having been involved in the sport for over 30 years.
