Anushka Sharma is a strategic leader operating at the intersection of space, deep technology and national innovation ecosystems.

She is Founder of Naaut, a consultancy advising space agencies, frontier and deep tech startups, AI accelerators and global technology companies on growth strategy, emerging technology adoption and how AI is shaping the next generation of space and deep tech capabilities.

Her work spans collaboration with NASA’s Frontier Development Lab AI programmes, the UK Prime Minister’s Policy Unit, and ESA-backed initiatives — translating cutting-edge research into scalable commercial and policy impact.

Anushka is Co-Founder of the London Space Network, one of the UK’s most influential cross-sector space communities, convening over 2,000 members across industry, academia, government and the creative economy. She also serves as Liaison Manager for the Space Academic Network (SPAN), representing more than 57 UK universities and 200+ academics across space science, engineering, data and society.

In addition, she sits on the Oversight Committee of the UK Regional Centre for the Square Kilometre Array, one of the world’s largest scientific infrastructure collaborations.

A recognised science communicator and trusted moderator of high-level dialogues, Anushka is regularly featured across national and international media, shaping conversations on the economic, societal and ethical implications of space technologies.

Her work has been recognised through multiple honours, including Computer Weekly’s Most Influential Women in UK Tech, Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech, the Financial Times Top 100 BAME Leaders in Technology in the UK, and Inspiring Fifty’s Top 50 Women in UK Technology (AccelerateHer).

She operates at system level — aligning institutions, industry and innovation to drive long-term capability.
