Anna Colombatti is a senior investment professional with over two decades of experience as an allocator across public and private markets, with deep expertise in manager selection, investment and operational due diligence, governance, ESG and impact investing. As an allocator, she has overseen and assessed a broad range of investment strategies and fund managers globally, bringing a rigorous institutional LP lens to investment decision-making and fund manager evaluation.

Alongside her executive career, Anna is actively involved in initiatives that support greater representation in investment and entrepreneurship. She is Co-Founder of Diversity X Ventures, an angel syndicate focused on backing underrepresented founders and widening access to angel investing. She also advises  emerging and female fund managers through industry initiatives, mentoring, investment committees and ecosystem-building work, including her involvement with 100 Women in Finance and other impact-focused organisations.

Anna is passionate about using her allocator experience to help reshape who gets funded, who allocates capital, and who has access to investment decision-making roles. Her work sits at the intersection of institutional investment, gender representation, emerging manager support and inclusive capital allocation.
