Andy is currently Interim CEO of MTR UK overseeing MTR's UK businesses and maximising opportunities for MTR across rail and property in the UK. 

Andy is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years' experience across a variety of senior roles.  Having been with MTR for over 16 years, he has developed in-depth knowledge and experience of rail activities, spanning operating businesses in the UK and Europe.  

Andy was Finance Lead on the original MTR Crossrail bid (later to become MTR Elizabeth line), and after successfully winning the contract, he led the Finance function, helping to mobilise and build the business from scratch.  Andy acted as Interim European Finance Director of MTR prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer of MTR UK in October 2020. 

Andy brings a strong commercial and strategic focus to ensure that businesses are sustainable, high-performing and primed for future growth.
