Amelia Miller

Co-Founder & CEO, ivee

Amelia Miller is a published psychologist, current Fellow at the University of Cambridge, and the Co-Founder & CEO of ivee - an agentic AI platform tackling the biggest driver of the gender pay gap: career breaks.

After beginning her career in Sales & Trading at Goldman Sachs, Amelia now brings together behavioural science and commercial acumen to solve systemic hiring biases. At ivee, she’s building a first-of-its-kind marketplace that connects women returning to work with tailored job opportunities, AI-driven upskilling, and a vibrant community - while giving companies direct access to an untapped, highly skilled talent pool.

Founded after watching their own mother take a 60% pay cut to re-enter the workforce, Amelia and her sister Lydia built ivee to fix a broken system. With built-in behavioral nudges, learning modules, and ATS-integrated hiring tools, ivee offers an end-to-end solution for returners and employers alike - unlocking new pathways to equity at scale.

Amelia is passionate about using tech to close the $65 billion return-to-work gap, and redefining what inclusive hiring looks like in the age of AI.
