Amanda Cupples is Co-Founder of Hesta Health, a London-based venture-backed healthtech company building technology-enabled, proactive care for women. Starting with postnatal health, Hesta Health is built on AI-first insfrastructure, using data, technology and clinically-led pathways to improve outcomes and reduce pressure on healthcare systems.

Amanda brings over 20 years of experience across technology, healthcare innovation and global operations. She was previously Managing Director at Airbnb for the UK, Northern Europe and MEA, and before that served Chief Commercial and and Chief Operating Officer at Babylon Health.  Earlier in her career Amanda held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, EMI and Deluxe Entertainment, and before that worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.  She is a qualified lawyer, and holds degrees in Mathematics and Law from the University of Melbourne and the London School of Economics.

Through Hesta Health, Amanda is focused on building a new model of healthcare that is personalised, preventative and designed for better long-term outcomes, starting with women’s health, one of the largest and most underserved opportunities in global healthcare.
