A Californian based in Europe for over 35 years, Allyson applies her extensive strategy consulting experience, MBA education and foreign languages to the company she founded, International Marketing Partners.

She has advised more than 290 businesses across 27 countries and 23 sectors as well as writing both editions of the best-selling book Working with Americans. Allyson is the creator of the successful LinkedIn Learning course Leading International Growth as well as the creator/leader of award-winning executive education programmes for Said Business School Oxford University, Duke Corporate Education, HEC Paris amongst several others.

An experienced and frequent broadcaster, Allyson has joined 5 seasons of BBC's The Apprentice: You're Fired, is the regular business expert for Sky News and is a frequent commentator for a range of print and broadcast media including the Al Jazeera, BBC, CNN, Deutsche Welle, France 24, FT and The Wall Street Journal.

She's a frequent keynote speaker at international conferences and currently serves as a Member of the Strategy Board of The Chief of Staff Association, an Advisory Board member of The Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards and recently served as a Non-Executive Director for the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
