Alex Shkrebelo is the co-founder and CEO of Xplore Intelligence, which builds the infrastructure to train and evaluate AI agents in real operational environments, so they operate reliably under an organisation's own policies. With patent-pending core technology for regulated industries, Xplore is completing a university-led validation programme, is part of Scotland's Critical Technology Supercluster, and is gaining early commercial traction - all within its first year. A repeat founder with two early exits and 20+ years in business, Alex leads sales, go-to-market, and partnerships.
