Alastair is an Investment Director at PXN Ventures, where he is currently focused on investing in AI infrastructure, Photonics, Material Innovation and Clean Technologies. Before joining, he worked in KPMG's M&A team, banking at NatWest, and holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School. 

PXN Ventures is the combined VC arm of Praetura Ventures and Par Equity and champions the North of England, Northern Ireland, and Scotland's investment ecosystem. The firm backs early-stage companies across sectors including deep tech, health, fintech, climate, and AI with a focus on founders from spin-out/pre-seed through to Series B.
