She started her career in finance working in investment banking and private equity at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley in London and New York. She later joined BrickVest, a London based fintech start-up, as one of the first employees, before launching Norrsken VC. The portfolio boasts more than 50 prominent impact startups. Last year, they closed their second fund at €320M — the biggest early-stage generalist impact VC fund in Europe.
