Tom Harmsworth

Tom Harmsworth is the UK Managing Director of WeMaintain, which uses IoT data to support engineers and asset managers in keeping office buildings safe, efficient, green and comfortable. Their solution extends to doors, lifts, fire and safety. They support a range of clients in residential and office markets and have won major contracts with Allianz Real Estate, WeWork, London's DLR, Manchester's Metrolink, and other big names. With offices in Paris, London and Singapore, they are fast establishing themselves as the pre-eminent choice for building owners, managers and occupants.

Before joining WeMaintain, Tom was Commercial Manager at Teamwork (UK). He then occupied senior roles at Polar Lifts and - one of the largest lift companies in the world - Otis Elevator Co.
