Sarah Hunter
Sarah is an expert on technology, global public policy and climate and is currently a
Non-Executive Director at the Advanced Research and Invention Agency (ARIA). Sarah spent
10 years as Director of Global Public Policy at for X (formerly Google X) where she helped
engineers, scientists and entrepreneurs invent and launch new technologies to solve big
problems in the world today. Before joining Google, Sarah was Prime Minister Tony Blair’s
Senior Policy Adviser on Culture, Media and Sport in Downing Street. She is a Trustee of the
social innovation charity, NESTA and Skateboard GB.
