Charlotte Ibbotson is a talent strategy expert, specializing in early careers recruitment across the technology and banking industries.

Char found a passion for early careers whilst working at BT where she led up the graduate, school leaver & apprenticeship recruitment, responsible for 1,200 recruits a year across the Globe.

Building on her passion for early careers talent, Char joined Wiley Edge as the EMEA Talent Director. In this role, she now leads a team to help degree and non-degree holders launch careers at global employers. Using the innovative ‘Hire Train Deploy’ model, Wiley Edge bridges the skills gap for businesses while providing a uniquely supportive employee experience for people.

Char recently gained a People Analytics and Leadership Wharton Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania and has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Queen Mary University of London. She is also a school governor focusing on people progress, a real passion of hers to ensure children are being set up for success in future years.
