Rogier Fischer

Rogier Fischer is a serial entrepreneur and cyber security enthusiast. As a teenager, he was acknowledged by large companies like Google, PayPal, Microsoft, and Yahoo for ethically breaching their systems. In 2013, only 17 years old, he was one of the first innovators in the cryptocurrency industry by founding LiteBit, a custody and brokerage platform with over a million traders. In 2021, driven by the desire to make an impact in a new technological field and protect organizations from rising cyber attacks, Fischer founded his second company, a cyber security company called Hadrian. Under Fischer’s leadership, Hadrian grew from 4 to 70 people, signed more than 15 large enterprise customers, and raised almost €20 million from world-recognized VCs, such as Village Global and HV capital, all in just under 2 years. 

At Hadrian, Fischer is making a profound impact on increasing the safety of individual data by implementing comprehensive security across the internet, training and mentoring a team of security professionals. He is also publishing research and blogs on cyber security best practices and speaking at industry events on ways to better the cyber security of modern-day organizations. 

Driven by a passion for company building and startups, Fischer has started angel investing and advising other startups. He founded an angel syndicate and has been investing in healthcare, security, gaming, and deep tech startups.
