Peny Lantzouni is Portfolio Manager, Data & Analytics at Shell, based in London. She has worked in technology roles in Shell for 12 years, focusing on customers and marketing businesses.
In her current role, Peny drives the strategic roadmap for analytics projects across the company’s global B2B businesses, heading up a global team that spans Bangalore to Houston.
She leads the delivery of digital products that enable data-driven decisions, great customer experience and supports Shell’s strategic decarbonisation agenda.
Peny joined Shell as an IT graduate and has since worked in business-interfacing and delivery positions across Shell businesses. She is passionate about driving the change technology can enable for the customer and brings strong expertise in strategy, digital customer experience and data combined with a proven record of delivering complex projects through agile, multidisciplinary teams.
Peny holds an MPhil in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge, a Diploma in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science and a Management and Information Systems degree from Athens University of Economics and Business.
Peny is passionate about women’s career development in technology roles and has organised multiple events supporting Women in Tech. Peny has also been involved in graduate development since the beginning of her career, actively mentoring early career professionals and students in the UK, Greece and India.
