Rotem Hershko

Senior Vice President, Head of the Business Platforms Organization and member of the global Ocean and Logistic Management Board, Rotem Hershko has been with A.P. Moller - Maersk since 2020, spearheading the company’s digital transformation in becoming the global integrator of container logistics. 

Rotem has +20 years of diverse global leadership experience leading strategic business initiatives and organizations, launching complex tech products and owning multibillion dollar P&Ls. Rotem is Columbia a Business School educated, former Navy and former corporate lawyer.

Prior to joining A.P. Moller – Maersk, Rotem has spent seven years at Amazon, most recently as the Director of Product Management and Software Development, leading Amazon’s eCommerce global activities in +150 countries.

Rotem holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Business School and is a LLB Graduate from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
