Stephan Kuester

Stephan works with government and private industry consortia, advising on the creation and acceleration of tech and innovation clusters. Previously headed the International Consulting practice at UK ecosystem agency Tech Nation (formerly Tech City UK). Served as Managing Director of digital Switzerland and as executive director for professional services firms Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.
