Rupy Malizia

Rupy Malizia is Chief Strategic Transformation and Change Officer for EMEA, SVB UK.

Rupy joined from HSBC, where she spent a total of eight years with the bank in a range of Transformation and Operational roles encompassing retail, private and corporate banking, as well as leading the delivery of Agile globally. At SVB UK, Rupy leads the focus on strategic planning and delivery of the product, infrastructure, risk and channel portfolio.

She has also previously worked at Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group and is a Women in Technology Excellence Award winner.
