By Rotation was founded in October 2019 by ex investment analyst Eshita Kabra-Davies to revolutionise theway people consume fashion by offering a more sustainable solution to shopping. It has since become theUK's largest fashion rental platform and a favourite of fashion A-listers, celebrities, royals to credible techfounders and entrepreneurs. Today, it boasts a vibrant and diverse community of over 150,000 ‘Rotators’including the likes of Lady Amelia Windsor, Stacey Dooley MBE, top influencers Camille Charriere, JessieBush, Monikh and many more.

She was recently a guest on BBCRadio 4’s Woman's Hour speaking about the future of fashion rental, and has also been elected as a BoardMember at Sharing Economy UK.
