​Nope. Everyone is welcome

​Where are we running?

​ A 5km loop of Regents Park.

​Will there be somewhere to leave my bag?

​Yes, we will have a secure room at the pub where all runners can leave their possessions.

​Do I have to be a serious runner?

​Absolutely not. We're open to all abilities, and will be providing pacers for different groups.

​Should I come already dressed to exercise?

​Ideally, yes.

​Are there free drinks?

​All runners will receive a free post run drink.
