Panel Discussion: AI, Bias and Belonging
Join us as we explore how AI shapes bias and belonging—and what it will take to build a truly inclusive, anti-racist digital economy. Panellists include:
- Claudine Adeyemi-Adams, Founder & CEO of Earlybird, an AI-powered platform transforming employability support. A former lawyer and award-winning entrepreneur, she’s a leading voice in tech, inclusion, and youth empowerment.
- Michael DaCosta, global innovation strategist with 30+ years' experience. He advises tech businesses and funds worldwide, and champions ethical AI, education, and social impact.
- Dr Angela Martinez Dy, Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Loughborough University London. Her work focuses on digital entrepreneurship, anti-racist intersectional cyberfeminism, and community-led impact. She’s known for building values-driven organisations and championing liberatory unlearning.
