Tech.mt, established as a public-private partnership between the Government of Malta and the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise, and Industry to promote Malta as a tech centre for innovative technologies. Created on the key priority fields of technology and innovation, Tech.mt aims to elevate Malta’s status as a quality tech provider locally and internationally, while acting as an interlinking force between Government, Industry, and Academia. To realise Malta’s vision, Tech.mt builds its strategy on four main pillars: Promotion, Innovation, Talent, and Assistance. Through these, it supports local tech organisations in exporting their technology and helps foreign investors set up new ventures in Malta. Tech.mt also focuses on providing students with opportunities to present and enhance their research, attracting tech talent to Malta, and offering the necessary assistance and support to both local and international tech start-ups.
