RAND Europe is an independent, not-for-profit policy research institute dedicated to improving decision-making through rigorous, evidence-based analysis. Part of the RAND Corporation, it brings together around 200 researchers across offices in Cambridge, Brussels, and The Hague.

Working with governments, international organisations, and industry partners, RAND Europe addresses challenges across defence and security, emerging technologies, geopolitics, health policy and innovation, and education and skills. Its researchers draw on a distinctive range of analytical capabilities, from economic modelling, data science, and evidence synthesis to futures and foresight, wargaming, stakeholder convening, and policy simulation, to help leaders understand complex problems and make better decisions in an increasingly uncertain world.

RAND Europe has some clients in Asia but we don’t have any legal entities outside the US, Europe and Australia
