QP Drone Tech (Pty)Ltd is a drone manufacturing and operations company started founded in 2018. It was born out of a need to manufacture and provide drones from South Africa to the world which take into account the environmental conditions of the various markets and sectors being serviced. QP is a licensed drone operator by the South Africa operating in disaster management, security surveillance, mining and energy sectors. Our current prototype has been used extensively during Covid 19 to provide messages to communities to support compliance. QP is a thought leader and pioneer in the space of disaster management championing the use of drones, AI and GIS in Disaster Management and has been running a conference for the past 5 years to facilitate adoption of the technology and share lessons.
