ICEX is presenting Rising Up in Spain, its soft-landing programme for international startups looking to set up and scale from Spain. The programme supports selected startups throughout the establishment process, offering legal advice, assistance with administrative procedures and entrepreneur visas, customised acceleration, mentoring, media visibility, access to investors, and connections with clients, local partners, and key ecosystem stakeholders. Through this initiative, ICEX helps international startups use Spain as a competitive, innovation-driven base for growth in Europe and beyond
