Through this interactive workshop you will:

• Speak directly to young women (some as young as 17) who are applying for, or have recently secured, apprenticeships, degree apprenticeships and graduate opportunities in technology, gaining first-hand insight into what attracted them to tech careers and the experiences that shaped their journeys
• Understand the barriers that can prevent talented young women from applying for or succeeding in tech early-careers pathways, and the support that can make the biggest difference
• Identify practical actions your organisation can take to attract, engage and develop more diverse early-career talent
