Building Europe’s Deep Tech Backbone
Europe produces world-class deep tech, but too often it fails to scale because key technologies develop in isolation. AI, robotics, compute, energy and cyber are rarely designed to work together from the start. This session looks at what Europe still needs to build to fix that problem, from shared infrastructure and common standards to better ways of bringing founders, industry and institutions together. Focusing on what must exist before big partnerships and procurement can work, it explores how Europe can move from disconnected innovation to deep tech that scales.
